About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Inbloom. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our clinic environment. Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Medical Assistant (MA)
  • Previous experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the medical practitioner in performing aesthetic treatments and procedures, such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, and other non-surgical procedures.
  • Administer Medical Weight loss injections, IV therapy, and other injectables safely and effectively according to patient needs, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care, expectations, and potential side effects, providing clear and supportive communication.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control practices, ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety during treatments.
  • Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor patients' progress post-treatment, address any concerns, and offer additional guidance or treatments as necessary.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for procedures.
  • Perform pre-treatment and post-treatment patient care, including skin cleansing, applying topical anesthetics, and providing aftercare instructions.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit.
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and order as needed.
  • Work closely with other medical professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to ensure comprehensive care and excellent results for clients.
