This is a full-time, day shift position for a Medical Assistant/LPN. The position also requires patient education, acting as a patient advocate, assisting with training new colleagues, and potentially cross-covering in other clinic areas. Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to organizational standards and ethical guidelines are crucial. The role also involves documenting patient care plans and results, escalating issues to management, and ensuring safety checklists are completed. A working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health's policies is required.
