Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) preferred.
• At least 1 yr of MA experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate seamless patient transitions by conducting clinical interviews and capturing vital signs to ensure the care team has the most accurate data for diagnosis.
• Optimize clinical workflows by preparing and maintaining sterile, organized treatment rooms that allow nurses to focus entirely on patient care.
• Coordinate patient care journeys by managing clinical records and communications with precision, ensuring no detail of the treatment plan is missed.
• Maintain a high-standard care environment by managing medical inventory and supplies, ensuring the team is always equipped to provide immediate patient support.
