About The Position
Provides nursing assistance to physicians, obtains vital signs, greets, and chaperons patients during medical part of visit, maintains medical documentation, schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician, processes prescription requests and referrals. Requirements
- Medical Assistant II certification or equivalent experience
- Experience in a primary care setting
- Proficiency in medical documentation
- Ability to schedule care, treatment, and diagnostic tests
- Experience processing prescription requests and referrals
