About The Position

Medical Assistant – Primary Care & Specialty - (Mon–Fri, No Weekends) Location: Collier County, FL (Float Position) Home Base: 400 8th St. N, Naples, FL 34102 Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday (hours vary between 7 AM–7 PM must be available until at least 5:30 PM) Organization: Millennium Physician Group Join a Team That Feels Like Family Millennium Physician Group is one of Florida’s largest and most respected primary care organizations. Requirements

Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred
2+ years of experience (primary care experience preferred)
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
Must have reliable transportation (float role across Collier County)
Must have front desk experience or be willing to learn
Strong communication and organizational skills
EMR experience (Athena preferred)
Friendly, professional, team‑oriented approach to patient care

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Prepare exam and treatment rooms; maintain a clean, organized workspace
Greet patients, take vitals, update medical histories, and prepare them for their visit
Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Monitor and restock medical supplies
Support scheduling, front desk duties, patient communication, and daily clinic flow
Contribute to a positive, efficient, patient‑centered environment
