Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
- Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Interim Certification required.
- Active Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Interim Certification from Washington State DOH required.
- Medical Assistant Interim Certification must be updated to a Medical Assistant Certification prior to expiration of Medical Assistant Interim Certification.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
- Bilingual English and Asian or Spanish language preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of patient care and administrative duties to ensure the efficient operations of the clinic.
