This Medical Assistant I position is responsible for performing a variety of patient care and administrative duties to ensure the efficient operations of the clinic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program required
• Active Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Interim Certification from Washington State DOH required
• Medical Assistant Interim Certification must be updated to a Medical Assistant Certification prior to expiration of Medical Assistant Interim Certification

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year in healthcare setting preferred
• Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

• Perform a variety of patient care and administrative duties to ensure the efficient operations of the clinic
