We’re Hiring: Full-Time Medical Assistant (Front Desk, Pre-Op & PACU Support) We are seeking Medical Assistant (Front Desk, Pre-Op & PACU Support) to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with patient registration, and support nursing staff as needed. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for a positive experience.

Requirements

Prior medical registration experience required
Patient care experience required
Bilingual in Spanish or Russian preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and patient interaction abilities
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in handling patient information with confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities

Assist nursing staff with patient care activities in the Pre-Operative and PACU departments
Prepare patients for procedures and support patient flow throughout the surgical process
Provide support to nursing staff as needed
Provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients and families
Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Register patients, verify demographics, and ensure accurate documentation
Answer phones and assist with scheduling
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk environment
Follow directions and work cooperatively in a fast-paced clinical setting
