About The Position

We are searching for a reliable Medical Assistant to perform various clinical duties to keep our healthcare practice running efficiently. Our Medical Assistant will work directly with healthcare practice staff to assist in clinical duties, collect test samples, maintain patient records, schedule and assist in patient care. This position will float between our NJ satellite locations as needed. You must be willing to travel to our Pennsauken, Blackwood, & Cherry Hill offices. The interview and initial training will be conducted in our Vineland office.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working for a healthcare practice or hospital required
Must be bilingual Spanish
Certified/Registered/Clinical Medical Assistant (Required)
Patient Scheduling experience required
Computer skills: Medical Assistants should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and possess strong keyboarding skills to perform their job successfully
Technical skills: They require basic skills for operating and maintaining office machinery.

Wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist the nurse and office manager in maintaining the medical inventory and placing orders for new materials as needed.
Clean beds and surrounding clinical areas.
Assist patients in changing, using the restroom, prepping patients for procedures.
Aid clinical staff in maintaining patient records.
Supporting physician staff in wound care processes.
Collect test samples.
Maintain patient records.
Schedule and assist in patient care.
