The Medical Assistant Float is responsible for a variety of medical and clinical support functions, such as providing initial patient triage, administrative tasks, and assisting with direct patient care as established by clinical protocol, policies and procedures. The Float will cross train and work in Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, Womens Health, and Urgent Care. New Bedford Community Health strives to provide high-quality care to meet the challenging needs of its diverse patients who need more than just healthcare. They offer a variety of services to the community, including primary & urgent care, women’s health, pediatrics, adult medicine, behavioral health and dental care.
