UNM Medical Group, Inc. is hiring for a Medical Assistant to join our Float Pool. We have full-time opportunities for our day shift opening located in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The Medical Assistant Float Pool position for Medical Group, Inc. Clinics will serve in both an administrative front desk role, as well as a Medical Assistant for clinical back office duties, to include assisting with procedures, triaging, and quality initiative projects. The float pool MA will be staffing in at all of our Medical Group, Inc. Clinics including: Athletics Center for Life Center for Reproductive Health Truman Health Services Grande Family Practice Clinic Behavioral Health School Based Health Clinic Street Medicine

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Medical Assistant Program Graduate Certificate
If applicable; current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
BLS certification
