About The Position
This role supports a Family Practice provider in a high-volume clinic, with a strong focus on both patient care and Epic in-basket management. The Medical Assistant or EMT or LPN will provide 1:1 support to Dr. Gretchen Mueller, rooming patients across a mixed population (pediatrics through geriatrics). Responsibilities include managing Epic in-baskets, completing prior authorizations, supporting care coordination, and balancing clinical and administrative workflows throughout the day. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a mix of rooming and in-basket work, like staying busy and managing multiple workflows, and are looking to deepen their Epic and care coordination experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience required
- Experience in a fast-paced clinic setting
- Strong Epic or EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
