About The Position

We are seeking a Medical Assistant, CNA, Phlebotomist, or Personal Trainer who can also work as a Receptionist. The role prepares for patient visits by checking guests in and out, providing a welcoming experience, and assisting nurses and nurse practitioners as needed. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, proactive, and helpful, with strong customer service skills and an interest in learning about healthcare and sales. Previous healthcare, personal training, or sales experience is desired; healthcare students are preferred. Pay depends on experience and the ability to cross-train for other office duties. The position may be part-time or full-time, and scheduling can accommodate the right candidate’s school schedule. Sundays are not required. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Requirements

Flexible and willing to cross-train as a receptionist; able to adapt and provide additional help or skills as office needs change.
Energetic, outgoing, positive, hardworking, and organized.
Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, personal trainer, or CNA background.
Previous healthcare, personal training, or sales experience.
Healthcare student status is preferred.
Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

Check guests in and out and provide a welcoming environment.
Look proactively for ways to help and stay motivated.
Perform light cleaning, including emptying trash and disinfecting.
Answer phones, field questions about medical issues, identify visit needs, and call leads.
Assist nurses and nurse practitioners with basic medical care and procedures as needed, including IM injections, blood draws, and blood pressure checks.
Support members through check-ins and by encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
Track lab results, assist with inventory, and handle basic medical office duties.
