Requirements
- 1+ years of direct patient care experience.
- Exceptional customer service, multitasking in fast-paced clinics, and proficiency in medical record databases.
Nice To Haves
- Medical Assistant schooling is a plus, but we welcome all candidates with relevant healthcare experience.
- Experience as an STNA, Phlebotomist, CNA, or Pharmacy Tech.
Responsibilities
- Lead patient intake by rooming patients, obtaining vitals, recording medications, and processing lab specimens.
- Schedule procedures and surgeries, coordinate with surgical vendors, and manage physician block times.
- Ensure data integrity within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and manage complex insurance authorizations.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold all OSHA and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
