Requirements

• 1+ years of experience directly related to patient care.
• Experience as an STNA, Phlebotomist, CNA, or Pharmacy Tech.
• Strong customer service
• Ability to multitask in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in medical record databases.

Responsibilities

• Room patients
• Obtain vital signs
• Record medications/allergies
• Collect/process lab specimens
• Schedule procedures and surgeries
• Coordinate with surgical vendors
• Manage physician block times
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR)
• Handle insurance authorizations
• Resolve eligibility issues
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Follow all OSHA and Joint Commission (TJC) standards to ensure patient safety.
