Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technological knowledge relating to Microsoft suite, printers, email and online mailing systems
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Polished communication and a professional, composed demeanor
  • Friendly with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed, tracking inventory to avoid shortages
  • Assisting Account Payable with check printing and mailing
  • Supporting office operations with administrative tasks such as retrieving mail from company mailbox as well as coordinating mailing of checks via USPS, UPS and Certified mail
  • Scheduling meeting on behalf of CFO
  • Distributing sensitive materials to executives
  • Booking travel and inputting expense reports on behalf of CFO
  • Managing incoming courier services and package deliveries
  • Supporting team members with miscellaneous administrative tasks
