About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Medical Assistant – Certified for our Urology department. In this role, responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examinations, assisting with procedures, and supporting the overall delivery of patient care. The ideal candidate works well with others as part of a cohesive team and maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.) required
  • Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire required
  • Current healthcare provider BLS required
  • Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
