Requirements

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification is required within 60 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately identifies patient needs and documents basic medical history.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Assist during medical examinations.
