About The Position

Join a physician-led clinic where medical assistants have time to build relationships with patients and play a meaningful role in their ongoing care. Longevity Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant-Certified for our Kirkland location. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule with no weekends, 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance, a 4% 401(k) match, 15 days of PTO during the first year, and 11 paid holidays. We welcome both experienced MAs and newly credentialed graduates. Requirements

• Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credential
• One year of outpatient experience is preferred, but qualified new graduates with an active Washington MA-C credential are encouraged to apply.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred, but we will consider a newly credentialed MA with strong clinical aptitude and a willingness to develop this skill
• Excellent computer and documentation skills
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Performing blood draws, vitals, and lab specimen processing
• Assisting with medication start appointments and patient education
• Preparing test results and documentation for physicians
• Assisting with prescription refill coordination
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
• Managing medication inventory and clinic supplies
• Communicating with patients by phone and in person
• Troubleshooting lab-related issues with partner labs
• Supporting clinic compliance including OSHA standards
