About The Position

Mountain View Hospital is looking to hire a Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant to join our team! This role assists providers in patient care, medical record documentation, and treatment. The position involves obtaining and processing doctor’s orders and providing excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and other medical staff. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited High school program or higher.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current BLS required.

Nice To Haves

• CMA course
• Phlebotomy course
• Phlebotomy experience

Responsibilities

• Assists providers in care, medical record documentation, and treatment of patients.
• Obtain and process doctor’s orders.
• Provide good customer service on the phone, or with patients, doctors and other medical staff.
• Work well under pressure.
