About The Position

Cascade Medical, located in downtown Leavenworth, is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant-Certified (MAC) with strong customer service skills to join their Family Practice Clinic team. The MAC plays a crucial role in the Clinic Care Team, assisting medical providers and licensed/certified staff to ensure optimal and safe patient care. This role involves effective communication with patients, visitors, and other members of the Cascade Medical Health Care Team.

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (MAC).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays from 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the medical providers and licensed/certified staff in the delivery of optimal and safe patient care.
• Effectively interacting with patients, visitors, and other members of the Cascade Medical Health Care Team.
