About The Position

The Hospital Assistant III, under the supervision of the Practice Manager, guided by the policies and procedures of the Center for Reproductive Health and Ambulatory Services, and in collaboration with the physician staff, has the clinical responsibility for developing and maintaining a high standard of patient care. S/he will perform clinical duties and coordination specific to unassisted and assisted reproductive techniques as well as Andrology and gynecological treatment. Primary responsibility is to perform assigned patient care and laboratory procedures in support of the primary and specialty care services provided to patients within the practice. The HAIII is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff, and for daily operations. All components of care will be individualized to meet the patient’s physiological and psychosocial development level and needs. The HAIII consistently projects a professional and courteous demeanor and shall comply with the Medical Center House and Telephone Standards.

Requirements

  • Clinical responsibility for developing and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
  • Experience with unassisted and assisted reproductive techniques.
