About The Position
The Medical Assistant (MA) Hub position is an essential member of the Cancer Services team, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless coordination across clinical and administrative functions. Serving as a vital link between triage nurses, providers, and administrative staff, the MA Hub plays a key role in facilitating timely communication, coordinated care, and an outstanding patient experience throughout the cancer care journey. Under the supervision of a clinical leader and in alignment with Ambulatory Services policies and procedures, the MA Hub supports patient care delivery across multiple Cancer Services ambulatory group practices. This role provides coverage for various cost centers within the Cancer Center, including multiple campuses and satellite offices. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach in a dynamic oncology environment. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn and support multiple specialty practices are essential to success in this role.
