Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification upon hire required.
• Phlebotomy, EKG skills required.
• Completion of an MA program required.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent Communication and Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients, gathering medical histories, and verifying current medications.
• Measuring vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height) and performing diagnostic tests like EKG.
• Assisting physicians during physical exams and minor in-office surgeries.
• Collecting and preparing blood or urine samples and performing basic laboratory tests.
