About The Position

We are a busy Dermatology practice in Colchester, Vermont seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Medical Aesthetician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of facial and body procedures to improve and maintain skin appearance and health, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and extractions. The position also includes conducting consultations, recommending skincare products, following up with patients post-treatment, educating patients on skincare, and offering custom treatment plans. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a clean work area and ensuring accurate documentation according to office protocols.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Must be friendly, professional and well organized with attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable in different skin care treatments and products.
• Must be licensed in state of Vermont
• Must be Certified from an Accredited Aesthetic School
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Skin Ceutical products is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in providing top quality skin care (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of facial and body procedures intended to increase, improve or maintain the appearance and health of human skin.
• Perform Facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning and extractions.
• Performing consultations and recommend skin care products.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded.
• Educating patients on skin care and offering custom treatment plans for their individual needs both in the office and a home care regimen.
• Maintaining a clean, neat and hygienic work area.
• Ensure accurate documentation in chart according to office protocols.
