Requirements

Knowledge of medical practice and care, including medical equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
Must possess adequate computer skills
Ability to function in fast paced and/or stressful work environment
Must adhere to company policies and procedures
Yearly renewal of aesthetic license

Responsibilities

Greet clients and review client history
Address client concerns with professionalism
Ensure proper documentation, including appropriate consent forms and post-treatment care
Prepare, maintain, and stock treatment rooms
Pre and post photos
Provide follow-up instructions and schedule follow-up appointments
Present future treatment options, product recommendations and cross-marketing opportunities
Maintain proper sanitation techniques in treatment rooms and with instruments
Cover for aestheticians if applicable
Attending staff meetings and scheduled trainings; willingness to learn
Marketing at service events and social media
Complete additional tasks assigned by Manager
