About The Position
CooperRiis is seeking a Medical Admin for PRN and Part-Time positions at their therapeutic healing community in Mill Spring, NC. This role involves assisting residents with medication, completing documentation, and supporting the nurse in addressing residents' health needs. The facility is a Smoke/Drug/Alcohol Free environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to work with various computer programs and portals
Nice To Haves
- Medical admin, secretarial, or pharmacy student preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents in receiving their scheduled and PRN medications
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Complete required forms and requisitions for drug screens, blood draws, lock box checks, exploratory visits, outside medical appointments
- Assist the nurse in addressing physical and mental health needs of residents
- Other duties as assigned by the nurse manager
