Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience
- Zero to two years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Current Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster license OR successfully complete the Texas Worker's Compensation licensing class and subsequent exam within 90 days of hire.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Texas-specific workers' compensation claims experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer workers' compensation benefits to injured workers.
- Under close supervision, conduct investigations for coverage and compensability, make appropriate recommendations based on claim type, and establish appropriate reserves.
- Under close supervision, manage established claims on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and proper handling of claims.
- Demonstrate a growing proficiency in claim file management and customer service.
