About The Position
This is a local remote position. To be considered, you MUST live within 2.5 hours of the greater Milwaukee WI area. Requirements
- Must live within 2.5 hours of the greater Milwaukee WI area.
- Experience with Medicaid processes and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.

- Experience in a healthcare or senior living environment.
- Bilingual abilities.
- Customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and expertise related to Medicaid.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and policies.
- Assist residents and families with Medicaid applications and processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident Medicaid information.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies regarding Medicaid matters.
