This position works closely with clinical and program staff to ensure documentation supports billing requirements while maintaining compliance with Medicaid regulations and organizational standards. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Medicaid billing, medical billing, healthcare revenue cycle, or insurance claims processing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Communicates professionally and collaborates with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing software
- Maintains confidentiality and manages sensitive information
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree in accounting, business, healthcare administration, or related field
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations, billing practices, and electronic health record systems
