About The Position

This is an outside sales opportunity focused on building relationships within the community, not a desk job or call center. Best Version Media (BVM) has been bringing communities together for nearly 20 years through local magazines and digital marketing solutions, helping local businesses grow. This role involves building and running a community magazine in a designated area.

Requirements

Sales ability or the drive to develop it.
Motivation and consistency.
Your own transportation, phone, laptop, and reliable internet.
A genuine interest in building and nurturing local business relationships.
Willingness to make this a primary professional focus during the build phase.

Nice To Haves

Track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
Experience in outside sales, D2D, real estate, or insurance.
Experience serving the public in retail, hospitality, education, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

Consult with local business owners to help them increase their visibility within their local community.
Design integrated marketing solutions for clients, including print advertisements in the neighborhood magazine, digital ads, and online presence.
Build and maintain a book of business that generates recurring revenue.
Prospect, negotiate, and close sales with local businesses.
Meet business owners in person within your assigned territory.
