About The Position

Selkirk Sport is looking for a highly organized and proactive Media Production Coordinator to support the planning and execution of photo and video productions from start to finish. This is a U.S.-based remote position with occasional travel required for productions, events, and other business needs. In this role, you’ll manage the details that keep production moving—coordinating schedules, talent, locations, travel, vendors, call sheets, logistics, and final deliverables. You’ll work closely with producers, editors, creative leaders, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with campaign goals. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of photo and video production experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience coordinating photo, video, or other media productions
  • Hands-on experience with production scheduling, call sheets, talent and location coordination, travel, vendors, logistics, and deliverables
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to production challenges
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative professionals, internal stakeholders, talent, and external vendors
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate photo and video productions from pre-production through final delivery
  • Build and maintain production schedules, timelines, shot lists, and call sheets
  • Coordinate talent, locations, travel arrangements, equipment, and production logistics
  • Communicate project details, deadlines, and updates to internal teams and external partners
  • Source and coordinate vendors, freelancers, and other production resources
  • Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding items to keep productions on schedule
  • Organize production files, assets, releases, documentation, and final deliverables
  • Support producers and creative leaders with day-to-day production planning and execution
  • Anticipate potential scheduling or logistical challenges and help develop solutions
  • Manage multiple productions and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
  • Help improve production processes, workflows, and communication across departments
