Media Production Coordinator
About The Position
Gerber Kawasaki is seeking a talented and motivated Media Production Coordinator to support our content and marketing team. In this role, you will assist the Media and Technical Operations Manager with preparing Final Cut Pro timelines, organizing video assets, editing social media clips, and helping execute our firm’s social media strategy. This role requires a professional with strong editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to high-quality, polished content across digital and print channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Experience as a videographer and editor with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro
- Experience with professional camera and audio equipment
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts for a brand is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Prep the studio for recording sessions, podcasts, or live TV appearances
- Organize and manage video files after filming; prepare them for editing
- Learn to operate the studio for both podcast and live TV production
- Create short-form video clips from produced content in various aspect ratios and styles
- Support the execution of social media strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
