About The Position

The Publicity & Media Production Coordinator plays a key supporting role within the Creative Department, assisting the Promotions & Special Projects Manager with a wide range of organizational, administrative, and publicity-related responsibilities. This position also provides hands-on support for special productions and projects as needed, helping ensure smooth operations and effective communication across teams and partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably within media, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with research tools, social media, digital, and AI platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be a like-minded believer and share our passion to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of radio, television, or publishing industries a plus.
  • Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Promotions & Special Projects Manager on daily tasks and ongoing initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for production projects, including booking, confirming details, and distributing travel documents.
  • Prepare and distribute pre- and post-production documents for meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Assist with licensing and contractual agreements by running reports, submitting usage information, and maintaining the renewal calendar.
  • Assist in tracking and processing invoices and contractual paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and compile media outreach metrics to create monthly & quarterly publicity reports.
  • Draft and update content for the Turning Point Press Page.
  • Conduct research on media relations and publicity opportunities and prepare summary reports.
  • Assist with ordering, shipping, and logistics of materials for special productions & events.
  • Manage and order department supplies.
  • Process and reconcile monthly expense reports.
  • Print, organize, and distribute documents and materials for meetings and presentations.
