About The Position

The Media Manager develops and implements campaigns to reach specific audiences efficiently, while assisting in maintaining the long-term Communications strategy. This role is responsible for media planning, buying, audience targeting, budget management, vendor negotiations, campaign execution, and performance analysis across traditional, digital, paid, and owned media channels. You will report to the Advertising Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other site analytics tools.
  • Experience in Sprout Social.
  • Experience in pulling, analyzing, and communicating KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience developing marketing or communications strategies based on audience segmentation.
  • Have a strong desire to learn and add value to the team.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and consistent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to the evolution of the market and trends.
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience.

  • Prior agency experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated media plans and campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including billboards, radio, print, social media, search, and other emerging platforms to support organizational and client objectives.
  • Conduct audience, market, keyword, placement, website, and platform research to identify target demographics and determine the most effective media mix and messaging strategies.
  • Analyze audience behavior, campaign performance, and marketing data to support awareness, consideration, and conversion strategies while providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Establish, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign metrics, and return on investment, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising representatives, vendors, agencies, and media partners while negotiating rates, placements, contract terms, and added value opportunities.
  • Execute, monitor, and coordinate media campaigns with marketing, communications, operational, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Develop media buying and negotiation strategies designed to maximize media investments and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage media budgets, forecasting, billing, reconciliation, financial tracking, and the in-house legal review process for media contracts and agreements.
  • Research industry trends, audience behavior, media innovations, and emerging technologies to support strategic recommendations and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
