About The Position

We are seeking a Paid Social Media Planner to join the activation paid social media team at EVERSANA INTOUCH. The Media Planner is responsible for developing and executing paid social activation campaigns across social media platforms. This position combines the media planning and hands-on media buying role, ensuring campaigns deliver measurement results aligned with client objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in paid social media planning and buying, preferably in an agency setting
  • Hands-on keyboard biddable paid social media experience
  • Knowledge and experience with a variety of social platforms including Meta, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and YouTube and each platform's Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, biddable strategies, and campaign optimization
  • Detail-oriented with strong math aptitude and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience and understanding of pharmaceutical advertising, regulations and compliance within the social media space
  • Platform certifications (i.e. Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop paid social media strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
  • Identify audience segments, targeting tactics and platform/channel mix (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Forecast budgets, reach and performance metrics
  • Set up, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms and partners
  • Identify performance trends, optimization opportunities and monitor pacing and delivery to ensure efficiency and performance
  • Implement A/B testing for creative and audiences
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights
  • Contribute to regular reports highlighting key metrics, learnings and recommendations
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure ad formats and messaging align with platform best practices
  • Work with analytics teams to refine measurement framework and attribution models
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends and emerging opportunities
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
