About The Position

WTHI-TV is seeking an Experienced Media Executive to join our award-winning team. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Implements strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. - Develop client relationships, contact key accounts, handling clients at various stations in the sales cycle, including account updates, weekly projections, and forecast of future advertising. - Understanding of media landscape and digital marketing strategies. - Generate packages, negotiate advertising rates, and create oral and written presentations. - Monitor accounts receivable of client base. - Establish and maintain good relationships with buyers and clients. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales management, creative services, and traffic, to ensure seamless campaign execution. - Research, analyze, and monitor competitive media for new leads. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - Attend client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • Sales-related experience preferred.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Excellent public relations skills. Computer proficient. Ability to travel and work long hours.
  • Valid driver's license, state-mandated automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required.
  • Background check.
