About The Position

We are seeking a Design Media & Marketing Intern to join our team at Vaupell. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply design skills in a real-world business environment. Gain hands-on experience in visual storytelling, translating our brand’s message into beautiful, high-impact digital media—from social media to promotional graphics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Ability to write clear, "on-brand" captions that complement your visual designs.
• A strong eye for "what looks good"—understanding of lighting, balance, and modern design trends.
• Candidates must be a “US Person” (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell's compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing layouts for digital and print media, ensuring all content aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
• Capture and edit high-quality photography and "behind-the-scenes" video content for our social platforms.
• Plan, curate, and post daily content across social media platforms, focusing on a "grid aesthetic" that looks professional and cohesive.
• Responsible for following all Vaupell policies and standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
