As we continue to grow our brand presence and connect with contractors and tradespeople across social platforms, we’re looking for a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience creating engaging content, supporting campaigns, and helping tell the story of an Iconic American-Made Brand. What You’ll Do Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Help capture and edit photo and video content featuring products, tradeshows & jobsite use. Draft captions and short form copy aligned with brand messaging. Support scheduling and publishing posts across social channels. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages as directed, and help foster community interaction. Track and report on social media performance metrics and assist in identifying growth opportunities. Conduct competitive research and trend analysis within the construction and tool industry. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and accuracy. Support social media needs during product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in social media marketing, content creation, and brand development.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects.
