About The Position

The Media Coordinator supports the Media Buying team in the execution and management of TV and radio advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities include maintaining media logs, tracking campaign performance and budgets, preparing and reviewing reports, reconciling data, and coordinating with networks and media representatives. The role ensures campaign information is accurate, organized, and up to date while supporting Media Buyers in meeting campaign objectives and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience preferred; advertising, agency, media, analytics, operations, or other detail-oriented experience is a plus.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining responsive, accountable, and collaborative with the team.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • All company business communications are conducted in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous media buying experience is helpful but not required. More important is an interest in learning the business and developing a long-term career in media buying and planning.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of weekly media logs and campaign information.
  • Maintain campaign data and results in our proprietary tracking and reporting systems.
  • Generate and review daily and weekly reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze pre- and post-logs to confirm that advertising aired according to established campaign criteria.
  • Track campaign performance, results, and profitability and assist Media Buyers with identifying discrepancies or areas requiring attention.
  • Monitor client budgets and media orders and make adjustments based on station/network changes and campaign needs.
  • Reconcile data from multiple sources and identify inconsistencies or missing information.
  • Communicate with national cable networks, television stations, and media representatives to obtain schedules, airings, and other campaign information.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records across multiple clients and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Media Buyers and other internal team members to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Support the Media Buying team with day-to-day responsibilities and special projects as needed.
