The Media Coordinator is responsible for leading all video services for the Marketing Department, serving as the primary creator, producer, and manager of video content across the organization. This role owns the full video lifecycle, from concept development to filming, editing, and final production, supporting both corporate initiatives and individual sales team members. This position requires a highly creative, self-directed professional who is comfortable working in the field, traveling weekly to branch locations, and collaborating directly with sales teams to capture authentic, engaging content. In addition to long-form videos, the Media Coordinator will manage short-form social video content, including reels, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality storytelling across platforms.
