About The Position

This role is for a marketer who buys media, not just a media buyer. At Sweat Pants Agency, we work with approximately 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, with 20-25 of them on paid media, managing $6-9 million per month on Meta. We are seeking one individual to manage a select group of these accounts end-to-end. This involves acting as the account manager, directly communicating with clients, writing updates, leading calls, and defending strategic decisions. The role also encompasses being the creative strategist, conducting research, identifying angles, writing briefs and scripts, and directing editors and designers. Additionally, the position involves building necessary assets for accounts, such as landing pages, advertorials, comparison pages, and PDPs, using Claude Code and deploying them to Vercel for live testing before integration with client Shopify themes. The capacity for this role is up to six accounts, with the team averaging around four and a half, allowing for genuine ownership and an end-to-end marketing approach rather than an assembly-line function. The position is remote, with the only hard requirement being the ability to take client calls during US Eastern business hours.
