Requirements

Must have a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state.
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Possesses a can-do attitude and exemplifies a willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently.
Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers.
Must have a current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
Has a great love and compassion for working with senior population

Responsibilities

Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
Passing meds per requirement in care plan.
