About The Position

Touchmark at Georgetown is seeking an experienced and dependable PRN Med Tech to join their team. This is a flexible opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. PRN availability is needed across day, evening, and overnight shifts, with a minimum requirement of working at least two shifts per month. As a Med Tech, you will enrich lives by ensuring residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods receive safe, respectful, and compassionate medication administration. You will also build meaningful relationships with residents and families and be a positive presence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of Med Tech experience
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Genuine interest in caring for older adults and working in a senior living environment
• Dependable and comfortable working PRN across day, evening, and overnight shifts
• Committed to continued learning, confidentiality, and providing high-quality resident care

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods receive safe, respectful, and compassionate medication administration.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Be a positive, reassuring presence throughout the day.
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friends™ Approach to dementia care.
• Maintain a patient, professional, and compassionate demeanor when interacting with residents, families, team members, and visitors.
