Requirements
- Current Med Tech / QMAP certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work the night shift (10a-6a).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Previous experience in a senior living community.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication administration and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Observe residents for any changes in condition and report to the supervisor.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
- Participate in resident care planning and team meetings.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
