Requirements

  • Current Med Tech / QMAP certification.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to work the night shift (10a-6a).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic health records.
  • Previous experience in a senior living community.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medication administration and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Observe residents for any changes in condition and report to the supervisor.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
  • Participate in resident care planning and team meetings.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
