About The Position

Requirements
- Current state certification or licensure as required.
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours reliably.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Medication Technician or Med Passer preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents accurately and safely according to established protocols.
- Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report any concerns promptly.
- Document medication administration and maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with resident care as directed by nursing staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to medication administration and resident safety.
