About The Position
Join Trinity Health Senior Communities' CNA Resource Team. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Medication Pass Experience Required. In this role, you'll be a valued clinical resource, helping ensure residents receive exceptional care and medication support when and where it's needed most.
Requirements
- Current State of Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum one year of CNA experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living setting
- Previous medication pass experience REQUIRED
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Safely and accurately administer medications according to established protocols
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Support residents, families, and team members with professionalism and compassion
