About The Position

Our senior living community in Mountain Home is looking to grow our Swing and NOC Shift (2p-10p and 10p-6a) team. We are open to both full-time and part-time positions. This position pays up to $15.50 an hour DOE. As a Caregiver at Ashley Manor, you’ll be the friendly, compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose, connection, and growth in a supportive, small-home environment.

Requirements

• Age 18+ (or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho)
• Pass criminal background check
• Certified in First Aid, CPR
• Able to lift ~35 lbs
• Committed to continuous improvement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have or obtain (first 45 days) Certified in Medication Assistance

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification
• Cooking experience for groups
• Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
• Serve meals and help with feeding as needed
• Support residents’ medication routines and monitor their well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space
• Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities
• Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care
