Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being
- Assist with light housekeeping and community upkeep
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide person-centered care
