About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a full-time position for a Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing REQUIRED
- Active Tennessee Registered Nurse License (or Eligibility) REQUIRED
- BLS Certification REQUIRED Upon Hire
- ACLS Certification REQUIRED Within 3 Months of Hire
- CPI Certification REQUIRED Within 3 Months of Hire
- PALS Certification REQUIRED Within 3 Months of Hire
- Strong Medical Surgical Telemetry Clinical Skills
Nice To Haves
- Minimum One Year RN Experience Preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult Medical Surgical Telemetry patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care each shift
- Coordinate care using a multidisciplinary team approach
- Perform nursing procedures within the Medical Surgical Telemetry specialty
- Supervise delegated patient care activities while promoting safe, high-quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the medical record
- Support quality patient care, resource management, and unit operations
